  • Who is eligible to refer a new department?

    Any current Public Safety CheckTM customer in good standing is eligible to participate in our referral program.

  • Is there a limit to how many departments I can refer?

    No! There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make or the credits you can earn.

  • When do we receive our credit?

    Both your department and the referred department will receive a $250 credit after the new department signs their service agreement and completes their first payment.

  • What if I refer a department that is already talking to you?

    Referrals are for new contacts only. The program applies to departments that have not had a formal demo or quote from our team in the last 12 months.
